The values shown for the chemical analysis and tensile strength are only approximate and must be specifically defined on an individual basis. The mechanical properties for fine wires, precision flat wires and profiles can be specified based on applicable standards or selected according to your needs, ranging between soft and the highest attainable strength of the relevant material. The tensile strength of stainless steels can be substantially increased by further thermal heat treatment.
