We manufacture precision-formed special profiles with a minimum cross-section from 0.05mm² to a maximum cross-section of 6.00mm². The tolerances range from ±0.0020mm to ±0.1000mm, depending on the profile shape, material and manufacturing process. The profiles are created exactly according to your drawing or technical specifications.

Whether triangular, semicircular, trapezoidal or complex – we implement your profile idea with the utmost precision. Our special profiles are used in the watchmaking industry, micromechanics, medical technology and industrial production. We also process difficult materials such as titanium, Phynox®, Nivaflex® and MP35N reliably.
