We manufacture high-precision axles and pins with diameters ranging from 0.05 mm to 10.00 mm and lengths from 3.00 mm to 1,000 mm. Depending on requirements, we achieve tolerances of ±0.10 mm in length and ±0.0005 mm in diameter. The products are tailored precisely to your specifications – for applications with the highest demands on dimensional accuracy and repeatability.

Tailor-made technical solution – for microtechnology and industry
Our axles and pins are used in precision engineering, medical technology, sensor technology, the watchmaking industry and many other areas. You receive individually manufactured components tailored to your technical drawings – optionally with a polished surface, hardened or coated. More than 250 alloys are available, including special materials such as titanium, Phynox®, MP35N or tungsten.

Packaging and delivery: we deliver your axles and pins individually, in tubes or special packaging – safe, clean and suitable for your process.
