Material CW102C, also known as CuBeM25 or C17300, is a high-strength copper-beryllium alloy with excellent mechanical performance. It combines high strength with very good wear and corrosion resistance, while also providing good electrical and thermal conductivity. CW102C offers excellent machinability and polishability, making it well-suited for precision components in electrical engineering, toolmaking, watchmaking and medical technology. Typical applications include contact springs, stamping and forming tools, bushings and highly stressed functional parts. Thanks to its balance of conductivity, hardness and durability, CuBeM25 is widely used in demanding high-performance applications.
