Material CW101C, also referred to as CuBe2 or C17200, is a high-strength copper-beryllium alloy that combines excellent mechanical strength with outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. In addition, it provides good electrical and thermal conductivity, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring both high durability and precision. Typical applications include contact springs, switch components, tooling, watch parts, injection moulds and precision components in medical and aerospace industries. Thanks to its balance of hardness, conductivity and long-term reliability, CW101C is one of the most widely used copper alloys for high-performance applications.
