Material 2.4066, also known as pure nickel Nickel200 or UNS N02200, is a nickel with a minimum purity of 99.6 percent. This material is characterised by excellent corrosion resistance, very good electrical and thermal conductivity and outstanding formability. Nickel200 is mainly used in the chemical industry, in electrical and watchmaking applications as well as in apparatus engineering and precision parts. Due to its resistance in reducing environments and its excellent biocompatibility, 2.4066 is also an ideal choice for demanding applications in aggressive conditions.
